FOUR MORE SLEEPS… until Fete 2019!!

The Week 2, Term 4 Bulletin is available online now.

Final Fete Reminders:

  • ROSTERS are now being finalised.  On the day, please check in directly with your nominated Stall, or, if you are unsure, drop by the Information Desk outside the Gym – a copy of all stall rosters will be there.  On behalf of the Parent Convenors, College Staff, and your daughters… THANK YOU for being a part of this community effort.

  • ART UNION RAFFLE: Raffle books – sold or unsold – MUST be returned to the College Office no later than this Friday 25 October.  Additional tickets will be available for sale at (all) gates on Fete Day; with the cash prizes being drawn that afternoon.

  • AUCTION: The Live Auction Catalogue is available online here and was distributed to the College community last week.  Doors in the Hall open at 11am on Sunday.  Be sure not to miss the SILENT AUCTION, running currently to the live event – final (silent) auction bids close at 2pm.

  • CAKES & AFTERNOON TEA: Any donation of cakes or other baked goods would be much appreciated.  These can be dropped off to the College Reception on Friday or else delivered to the Hall (Cakes) or 9B Classroom (Atfernoon Tea) on Sunday morning.  Please note that we cannot accept any item that requires refrigeration (i.e cheesecakes, items with fresh cream / fruit) and, also, ensure that an ingredients slip is attached (see the back page of the latest Bulletins).

  • MONDAY LATE START: There will be a late start to classes on Monday 28 October.  School will begin at 10:50am sharp.  However, any students who are not at the Fete are expected to arrive at school at the normal time.  They will be supervised in the Library.

  • FETE EVENT PAGE: Be sure to mark yourself as ‘going’ or ‘interested’ on the Fete & Auction Facebook Event Page to keep up to date with further Fete information.
